Through the information listed on the product label and/or website, Health Beverages Inc. has put forth an honest and straight forward approach to inform the consumer that Healthwtr is NOT a “one a day” vitamin supplement. We do not make any claims that Healthwtr is a complete supplement to replace in any way, even part of, your recommended daily diet. Healthwtr is designed simply as an option to support a healthy diet, proper exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.

This product is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Health Beverages Inc. strongly suggests that should you have any concerns, consult a medical professional PRIOR to consumption. Please be clearly advised that you may drink at your own risk! Further that Health Beverages Inc., it’s employees, partners, and other related are held harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ costs and fees related to any sickness and even death resulting from consumption of our products.

Shipping Policy

Health Beverages Inc.. works with third party logistic companies that cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit times only as an estimate.

Monday-Friday - MOST orders received by 11AM CST are processed the same day. Orders placed past this time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday or the following business day.

Should you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us at info@healthwtr.com for an immediate inquiry.

Shipping rates may vary according to where the product is being shipped. Health Beverages Inc. does not have any sort of “mark up” costs on the shipment of products.

Return Policy

Due to Healthwtr being a dated food item in addition to the complex logistical requirements, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that products arrive damaged please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a partial refund and/or replacement.

Healthwtr is NOT responsible and will NOT refund orders refused upon delivery, or shipments being returned as a result of an incorrect address information provided, or inability of recipient to receive shipment on the scheduled date to be delivered. Due to Healthwtr being a dated food item, we will likely dispose the contents and the order will NOT be refunded.

In Store Purchases

If Healthwtr was purchased from a grocery store or another location, please direct your concern to where it was purchased.

Cancelation of Orders

Health Beverages Inc. works with various logistical partners and makes no representation of warranties regarding the availability of any product. In the unlikely event of a clerical or technical error in the published availability of a product, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund or replacement to your purchase, including after your purchase is confirmed, and you hereby waive all claims related thereto.
